Tsikhanouskaya urges EU to impose economic sanctions against Lukashenka
udf.bySvyatlana Tsikhanouskaya / Reuters Svyatlana Tsikhanouskaya has called on the EU to expand sanctions against the official Minsk, introduce economic sanctions, which should affect enterprises connected with with Alyksandr Lukashenka.
She handed over to Brussels the Taraikousky List. «Every day of delay brings dozens of beaten, wounded and possibly killed people,» Tsikhanouskaya said. «We count on the unanimous position of all countries for which human rights and democracy are important.» Earlier it was reported that Lithuania and Poland also offered the European Union to impose sanctions against enterprises supporting Lukashenka's regime.
