Viktar Babaryka charged by KGB
udf.byViktar Babaryka / Euroradio The KGB Investigation Department has completed the investigation of the Belgazprombank case and brought charges against its top managers, the KGB press service reports.
Former chairman of the bank's board, Viktar Babaryka, has been named «organizer of criminal activity.» He is charged under two articles of the Criminal Code — part 3 of Article 430 and part 2 of Article 235 of the Criminal Code (bribetaking by an organized group on an especially large scale and «laundering» money obtained by criminal means on an especially large scale).
