Man Sets Himself On Fire Near House Of Government, His Motives Unclear
udf.byA 35-year-old man set himself on fire near the Government House in Independence Square in Minsk. According to preliminary information, he poured some liquid on himself and set it on fire.
The unnamed man is currently in hospital. Police are investigating the circumstances of the incident that took place in central Minsk on Friday, 22 January.
