Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko mentioned it as he met with President of the Union of the Comoros, Chairperson of the African Union Azali Assoumani on the sidelines of the 28th conference of the parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in Dubai, BelTA has learned.
Aleksandr Lukashenko said: “I thank you for the meeting. Fate has decreed that we had to ‘attack' the summit together, one after the other.
