Retail Sales indicator measures the change in the total value of inflation-adjusted sales at the retail level, excluding automobiles and gas stations.It is the primary indicator of consumer spending, which influences the GDP.
It is expected that the indicator on a monthly basis will be adjusted from 0.3% to –0.4%, and from –0.9% to –1.7% on an annualized basis, which may put pressure on the euro quotes..
