udf.byPhoto: TUT.BYIn its response to the application, the Minsk City Executive Committee indicated several reasons for the refusal: the lack of agreements with the police, ambulance and communal services, the route of the march, which, according to the authorities, does not meet the requirements of law [the organizers allegedly, before receiving a response from the authorities, announced the route and the time of gathering prohibited by law], and COVID-19.
According to Dmitry Kuchuk, of all the services that the organizers contacted, they received only an answer from the ambulance.
