Lukashenka explains Russians’ tactics: To promise and forget

The group was supposed to analyze all the problems in the relations of the two states. “There are only promises,” Lukashenka’s press service quotes him. “When the work group encountered an issue, the Russian government including PM Medvedev started promising to give all the corresponding orders to comprehensively solve the problems.
