According to Mikulenko, in 2019, Shevchenko, together with Rostyslav Hrekul, created an organized criminal group aimed at seizing the River Side project - all the assets and companies of B.M.K.-Building LLC, which at that time belonged to a group of investors from Switzerland and Mikulenko himself."First of all, I would like to note that the prerequisite for this seizure was another scam that Shevchenko implemented together with a foreign citizen, Maor Hemmo.
